Local Area Network
Just Imagine! Not only are there New Mexico records at the Main Library on our Genealogy Center’s Local Area Network (LAN), there are:
- Surname Searches – AGS
- Pedigree Charts – New Mexico Genealogical Society
- New Mexico Ancestors
- New Mexico Censuses
- New Mexico Phone Books
- New Mexico Death Certificates (abt 1900 to 1949)
- Albuquerque Journal Obituaries
- A look by state and county of the United States including Cemetery, Marriage, Tax, Will, and Naturalization Records
- AniMaps software (view how counties were created/combined since the Colonies)
From Europe, find information from Great Britain, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and Germany. Also, searchable books and CDs recording births, marriages and cemetery records from many other states too! Be sure to check them all out.
Location: As you face the Genealogy Center’s library information desk, to the right there are four computers. The LAN is only available at the Main Library.
