Genealogy Center Special Program | Italian Immigrants: Their Lifestyle and Legacy in Albuquerque

Raised in an Italian family in Albuquerque, professional researcher and author David Menicucci presents the story of his family’s 200-year odyssey from Lucca, Italy, to capture the American dream in Albuquerque. His new book, Italian Immigrants: Their Lifestyle and Legacy in Albuquerque, includes almost every Italian family in Albuquerque between 1900 and 1950 and explores their businesses, lifestyle, relationships, and contributions to our community. Published by Sunstone Press, the book speaks about the immigrant experience in New Mexico and beyond.

This event will be held at the Albuquerque Main Library in the Genealogy Center on the 2nd floor.
